Garvis L. Grant age 87 years of 8975 Hwy 55 South, Glensfork, KY

passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 2:25 A.M. at the Taylor

Regional Hospital in Campbellville, KY after a short illness.

He was born July 30, 1923 the son the late Vern & Zettie (Grant) Grant

of Adair County, Kentucky

He was preceded in death by his wife: Alta Blair Grant on Dec. 26, 1995

He later married Imogene Hadley Grant of Glensfork, KY who survives.

Survived by one step daughter: Pam Cundiff and husband Brent of Columbia

Three step grandchildren: Matthew Coffey, Leslie Rooks and his special little

buddy Ty Cundiff Also survived by one step great grandchild

He was preceded in death by one step son: Rex Coffey

Mr. Grant was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church, a farmer,

school bus driver and dump truck driver for many years.
