Garlin Gadberry, 86, of Fairplay, KY passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. He was born on April 22, 1939, in Fairplay, KY to the late Beckham and Amanda Harvey Gadberry.

Mr. Gadberry was a member of the Columbia Church of Christ and a retired logger and farmer. He was an avid fisherman and Rook player.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years Judy Tabor Gadberry of Fairplay, KY; two daughters Charlene Bell (Ronnie) and Faylene Streeval (Mike Ratliff) both of Columbia, KY; three grandsons Devin Bell (Kelley), Jesse Streeval, and Cody Streeval; seven great grandchildren Pyper, Raylyn, Aliray, Cali, James, Thomas, and Blakelyn; a sister Loretta Gadberry of Fairplay, KY; a brother-in-law Harold Tabor (Liz) of Jamestown, KY and several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers Leon, Orville "Dutch", Forest "Lum", and Bannard Gadberry and two sisters Marie Grant and Marjorie Campbell.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5:00-8:00pm and will continue Wednesday morning until the time for the service at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Rickie Williams will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Ronald Gadberry, Danny Bailey, Ricky Prewitt, Pat Elmore, Josh Campbell, and Randall Bell.
