FREDIA ROY, 56 of the West Sulphur Creek Road, Columbia, KY (the Sano Community) passed away suddenly Monday, July 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM at her home.

She was born June 8, 1960 in McCreary County, KY the daughter of the late Harlen Lynn and Lora Bell Brooks Worley, besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Rita Harvey and Jewelline Daniel

Survived by one son: Lonnie Roy and wife Jennifer of Russell Springs, KY

Two brothers: Lynn Worley of Birmingham, Alabama

Ralph Lee Worley of Carrollton, Georgia

One sister: Phyllis Jo Roy of Carrollton, Georgia

Four grandchildren: Kendall Roy, Jasmine Roy, Jono "Buddy" Shaw, Lillie Shaw

Survived by her longtime companion John Shaw of Russell Springs, KY

Fredia was a former employee of the dietary department of the Russell County Hospital and a homemaker
