Frank Rigney, Jr., 90, of Louisville passed away Wednesday April 19, 2023, at the Masonic Home in Shelbyville, KY.  A native of Adair County Mr. Rigney was a retired welder with the old Jeffboat in Jeffersonville, IN.  Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Rick Rigney (Debbie), Kevin Rigney (Nicole), and Jeffery Rigney (Penny); a daughter, Rebecca Irvin (Michael); sister Betty Akin and 14 grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Rigney will be held on Monday April 24, 2023, at 11:00 am CST at Stotts-Phelps & McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY with burial in the Haven Hill Cemetery.  The visitation will be after 10:00 am CST Monday at the funeral home.
