Frances Louise Brockman Masserant age 89 years a resident of the Harborside Nursing Home in Louisville, KY formerly of the Kemp Community in Adair County, KY passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2008

in Louisville after several weeks illness.

She was the daughter of the late: John Isaac "Ike" Brockman and Mary Elizabeth "Lottie" Squires Brockman of Adair County, KY

Mrs. Masserant is survived by two sons:

Leon E. McCormick Jr. of North East, Pennsylvania

Thomas McCormick of Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Two daughters:

Sharen Bryan of Toledo, Ohio

Susan Masserant of Sellersburg, Indiana

She was preceded in death by one daughter: Beverly Amos

Survived by 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren

She was a member of the St. Marks United Methodist Church in Louisville, Ky

She was a former realtor and beautician.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 18, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at

the Orr Cemetery in Green County

Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Friday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
