passed away Monday Oct. 3, 2011 at 3:45 P.M. at Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center

Columbia, Ky.

She was born on July 30, 1920 in Adair County, Ky.

She was the daughter of the late William "Bill" & Bertha Bryant Goodin and

was preceded in death by her husband Arlie Shepherd on Oct. 1, 1976

She is survived by one son

James Arlie Shepherd & wife Juanita of Elizabethtown, Ky.

Three daughters:

Patricia J. Daugherty of Campbellsville, Ky.

Joann Simpson of Columbia, Ky.

Judy Hopper & husband Cliff of Columbia, Ky.

Three sisters:

Arva Jean Muchmore of FL, Lucille Allor of Maryland & Wilma Barbara of FL

9 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren & 4 Great Great Grandchildren

Several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church & a store clerk at Lerman's

in Columbia

Graveside service Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011 at 1:00 P. M. CT at Haven Hill Cemetery

with burial to follow
