9:40 P. M. at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky. after a short illness

She was born on July 19, 1934 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late Nordie Elliott & Minnie Allison Williams Lewis

She is survived by her husband Bobby Creal Wheet of Columbia, Ky.

Two daughters Faye Harlan of Morris, IL

Janice L. Coffey of Columbia, Ky.

One brother Nordie Elliott Lewis, Jr. of Sellersburg, IN

8 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren

several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives & friends survive

she was preceded in death by

one daughter Gloria J. Peters on Nov. 24, 2003

three brothers & one sister Fountain Curtis Lewis, Floyd Lewis, Farnum Lewis

& Lucille Watson

She attended the Hutchison Community Church & was a homemaker
