Ernestine Stephens age 82 years a resident of Summit Manor Health & Rehab Columbia

passed away Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008 at 5:15 A.M. at Westlake Regional Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Samuel Allen and Louella Keen Stephens.

Survived by three brothers: Glenn Stephens of Columbia, Ky., Frank Stephens of Louisville, Ky., and David Stephens of Ohio.

Three sisters: Dinah Bowen of Columbia, Ky., Wanda Ballou of Columbia, Ky., and Nona Jeffries of Horse Cave, Ky. & several nieces and nephews.

Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

She was a member of Columbia First Church of the Nazarene and a Care giver.

Funeral services will be held Thursday January 1, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Brother Scott Ezell officiating.

Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday December 31, 2008 beginning at 4:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
