Eric Warren Butler age 39 years of Columbia passed away suddenly Sunday,

Jan. 27, 2013 at 12:42 P.M. at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room

He was born on May 26, 1973 in Louisville, Ky.

He was the son of David Louis Butler & the late Janice Sexton Butler of Columbia, Ky.

Besides his father he is survived by his wife Angela Hunt Butler of Columbia, Ky.

One son Kyle Butler of Columbia

One sister Kelly (Joey) Caldwell of Columbia

Nephew Tanner Caldwell

Niece Kyndal Caldwell

Uncles Ronnie Sexton of Louisville, Ky. & Joe Todd Butler of Edinburgh, IN

Father-in-law & Mother-in-law Terry & Paula Hunt of Campbellsville, Ky.

and a host of other relatives & friends survive

He was a member of Charity Baptist Church, a Correction Officer at the

Kentucky State Reformatory in LaGrange, Ky. and a member of the

Breeding Fire Department
