Emma Goodin age 91 years & 9 mos. of 6320 Liberty Road, Columbia,

Ky. passed away Monday Sept. 3, 2007 at 9:15 A. M. at her home

She was the daughter of W. P. & Cordia Curry Goodin who preceded her in death

She is survived by three sisters Bessie Curry, Bertha Goodin & Gladys

McQuaide all of Columbia, Ky.

Survived by eleven nephews and three nieces including Dr. Ben McQuaide

& wife Sydney of Richmond, Harriet McQuaide Gold & her husband Neal

of Liberty Road, Columbia, Ky. & Dr. Glenn McQuaide & wife Mary of

Cane Valley, Ky., Margaret Antle & her husband Melvin of Columbia, Ky.

Also survived by several great nephews & nieces and two special long-term

Caregivers Gerry Otterson & Wanda Stargel

She was preceded in death by two sisters Clarice Holmes in 1996 &

Annie Goodin in 1910 & one brother Clarence Goodin in 1919

She was an active member of Bear Wallow United Methodist Church as

Long as health permitted, having taught Sunday School Class in earlier years

She served as co-owner & main cook for Goodins Rest Home for 23 years retiring in 1982

Funeral service Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007 at 2:00 P. M. at Bearwallow United Methodist Church
