died suddenly at the Russell Co. Hospital on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 2:30 A.M.

She was born on July 24, 1922 in Baltimore, Maryland

She was the daughter of the late Thomas Lonnie &Lula Mae Dixon Blackburn and

the widow of Quinton Neat who preceded her in death on

March 10, 1998 and

was preceded in death by three

children James "Jimmy" Lonnie Neat, Thomas Ray

Neat & Brenda Sue Neat

Survived by three daughters

Jewell (Gordon) Brown of Columbia, Ky.

Betty (Bennie) Warren of Dunnville, Ky.

Marilyn (R. C.) Gabehart of Knifley, Ky.

Daughter-in-law Vickie Neat of Dunnville, Ky.

One brother John Blackburn of Columbus, IN

Half-brother George Bottoms of Monticello, Ky.

Half-sisters Joyce Wall of Rockford, IL & Laurel Jenkins of

Columbus, IN

10 grandchildren 19 great grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives &

friends survive

She attended New Hope Separate Baptist Church & was a homemaker
