She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry C. Fugate

She is survived by the following children

Jerry C. Fugate, Jr. & wife Sara of Jefferson City, TN

Sheena Crowder & husband Fred of Lakeland, FL

Cash Fugate & wife Johanna of Summershade, Ky.

Casey Fugate & wife Elizabeth of Columbia, Ky.

17 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

She was of the Christian faith & a homemaker
