Elizabeth Joyce Tucker Steward age 77 of Lexington, Kentucky passed away at her home on March 17, 2015. She was born on September 7, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Genus and Elizabeth Mae Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband Rev. Jack Lee Steward, her sister Phyllis Jean Tucker, and her only son, Anson Genus Lee Steward.

She is survived by her three granddaughters, who were the joys of her life, Elizabeth Georgia Anne Steward, Victoria Grace Breanne Steward and Isabella Pearl Leanne Steward. Her daughter-in-law, Brenda Deaton Steward. Her very special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Peter and Jane Condes, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was a member at Trinity Life Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Joyce grew up as a Pastor's daughter, and then married a Pastor and ministered alongside her husband and son throughout their lives. She loved to sing, play the piano and accordion. Her life impacted the lives of many others throughout this time of ministry and throughout her entire life. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. central time, with the funeral beginning at 2:00 p.m. central time at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral home in Columbia, Kentucky.
