He was born on Dec. 8, 1947 in Edmonton, Ky.

He was the son of the late William E. Parrigin & Mayme M. Rhinehart

Eli was of the Methodist faith, a factory worker, EMT/Ambulance, a

Policeman, dispatcher & had proudly served his country in the

United States Army serving in Vietnam and was a Kentucky Colonel
