She was the daughter of the late: Finis Albert and Ethel Lee Mitchum Harvey

She is survived by one daughter Jennifer Winchester of Columbia, KY

Three Goddaughters Christie Brown & husband Joe of Columbia, KY

Bethany Davis of Campbellsville, KY

Kim Meadows & husband Tim of Greensburg, KY

Judy Somerville her sister in Christ & best friend of Columbia, KY

One sister Trilby Vance & husband Sonny of Columbia, KY

Two brothers Kendall Harvey & wife Cecile of Columbia, KY

Phil Harvey & wife Sue of Columbia, TN

2 Grandchildren Austin Cundiff & Jacob Cundiff

Elaine was a member of Word Of Life Family Church, a deputy Property Valuation Administrator in the Adair County PVA office

She was the owner of a community theater Dream Depot, it had blessed
