Dorothy Christine Coomer age 88 years of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 7:15 AM at the Summit Manor Health and Rehab Center after an illness.

She was born July 9, 1923 in the Chance Community of Adair County, KY

The daughter of the late: Ruel & Fannie Petty Page of Adair Co. KY

She was preceded in death by her husband: Rollin Coomer on Feb. 10, 1997

Survived by two sons:

Travis Coomer and wife: Nadine of Columbia, KY

Mitchell Coomer of Columbia, KY and friend: Lorie Rodgers

Two Sisters:

Estelle Bardin & Mamie Janes both of Columbia, KY

7 Grandchildren: Heather Coomer, Steve Coomer, Jason Coomer, Justin Coomer, Jessie Coomer,

Shanna Skaggs, Jessica Coomer

11 Great Grandchildren

1 niece Dorothy Loy of Columbia, KY and 1 nephew: Noah Janes of Hodgenville, KY

Christine was a homemaker and attended the Tabor Community Church, she loved quilting, crocheting, and going to yard sales.
