Donald Paul Sacks, 83, of Breeding, KY passed away Friday, November 3, 2023, at T. J. Health Columbia. He was born on June 28, 1940, in Wanatah, IN to the late Ora Paul Sacks and Naomi "Eunice" Spoor Holt.

Mr. Sacks was a member of the Columbia Christian Church and Iron Workers Local 395. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and enjoyed welding, traveling, working on his classic mustangs, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years Betty Couch Sacks of Breeding, KY; six children Hugh Newton of Washington, Ricky A. Newton of Indiana, Kimberly Walsh Spitler (Joey) of North Carolina, Jacqueline Apa (Mimmo) of Florida, Brenda Holsing of Florida, and Ruben Sacks (Lauren) of Florida; seventeen grandchildren and several other friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with cremation to follow the services. Visitation will be on Wednesday after 11:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
