In Edmonton, KY formerly of Adair County passed away Thursday Dec. 7, 2017

at 1:07 PM at Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, KY.

She was born on Aug. 6, 1928 in Adair County, KY.

She was the daughter of the late Samuel Allen & Lou Ella Keen Stephens,

Preceded in death by her husband William Allen Bowen on July 13, 1999,

& Two brothers David Stephens & Glen Stephens.

Survived by one daughter:

Susan Annette "Nettie" Grider & her husband Ronnie of Summer Shade, KY

Two sisters:

Wanda Ballou of Columbia, KY

Nona Jeffries of Center, KY

One brother:

Frank Stephens of Louisville, KY

Granddaughter  Julia Grider

Several nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives & friends survive.

She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Campbellsville, KY,

She was retired from  Wal-Mart in Campbellsville, head of the fabric department
