Delpha Margaret McKinney age 98 years a resident of Summit Manor

Nursing Home Columbia, Ky. passed away Wednesday Oct. 11, 2006

at 9:05 P. M. at the Nursing Home

She was the daughter of the late Amos Jackson & Mintie Dickson Coomer

And was preceded in death by her husband James Ray McKinney

On June 19, 1983 they were married Fifty five years

Survived by the following children: Alfred McKinney & his wife Maisie of

Glasgow, Ky., Ruby England & her husband Phillip of Cave City, Ky.

Betty Bean & her husband Wilma, J. D. McKinney & his wife Jenette

Patricia Stotts and Phyllis Burris & her husband Sam all of Columbia, Ky.

One brother: Rev. John L. Coomer of Columbia, Ky.

One sister: Signora Pelston of Columbia, Ky.

11 grandchildren, 3 Step-grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren,

6 Step Great Grandchildren & 5 Great Great Grandchildren

also survived by a host of Nieces, Nephews, friends & other relatives

Preceded in death by two brothers & two sisters: Owen & Coy Coomer

Reba Traylor & Eunice Coomer

She was a member of Wells Chapel Baptist Church, housewife. did needle

Work, she quilted many beautiful quilts and enjoyed that up to the age of

98. She gave her life to the Lord when she was age 13, & taught Sunday

School for many years
