Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 9:37 PM at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room in Columbia, KY

He was born February 22, 1942 in Breeding, KY the son of the late:

Charlie & Olivia Brewington Upchurch

Preceded in death by these siblings: Marcus Bryson Upchurch, James Lee Upchurch, Ronald Upchurch, Gary Lewis Upchurch and Mary Joan Blaydes

David is survived by two daughters:

One sister: Joyce Campbell & husband Maxie of Sparksville, KY

Three grandchildren

Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends survive

David was a retired machine operator and an avid NASCAR and University of Kentucky basketball fan. He served in the US Army from 1960-1963
