Son of the late Samuel Gilmore & Juanita Raines Janes

Preceded in death in by his wife Catherine Burton Janes on Oct. 19, 2016

also preceded death by two sons Randell Joe Janes & David Janes, Jr.

He is survived two sons:

Carl L. (Stella) Smith of Columbia, KY

Samuel (Kelly) Janes of Lexington, KY

Two brothers:

Joseph Janes of Russell Springs, Ky

Timothy Janes of Winchester, KY

One sister:

Mary Bond of Olive Hill, KY

8 Grandchildren

several nieces, nieces, a host of other relatives & friends survive

He was a member of Dutch Creek Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Burkesville, a United States Marine Corp. & had been a truck driver
