Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009 at 8:55 P. M. at University Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

He was the son of the late Matthew Irvin & Edith M. Burton Irvin of Columbia Ky. who survives

Besides his mother he is survived by three sons: Jeremy Thomas Irvin,

Jacob Matthew Irvin & Matthew David Irvin of Columbia, Ky.

Six sisters: Gearoldene Brock & her husband Ralph of Campbellsville, Ky.,

Charlene Brock & her husband Lester, Arlene McAllister & her husband Lonnie of Columbia, Ky., Libby Cunningham & her husband Ned of Russell Springs, Ky., Rosemary Bennett & her husband Clifton of Columbia, Ky. & Louise Patton & her husband Steve of Campbellsville, Ky.

One brother: Mike Irvin of Columbia, Ky.

David was employed at Waste Connection in Campbellsville
