Dallas Edward "Billy" Richards age 79 of Columbia, KY died Thursday at 1:43 PM at T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY

He was born September 10, 1937 in Adair County, KY the son of the late Dallas Abraham and Mary Jane Harmon Richards

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by

One brother: Delmas "Ted" Richards

Three sisters: Mary Helen Costello, Lucille Morgan, and Marquerite Arnold

He is survived by his wife Mary Ann Floyd Richards of Columbia, KY

One daughter: Vickie Richards of Columbia, KY

Two brothers: Donald Richards and his wife Debbie of Elizabethtown, KY

and Dwight Richards of Aurora, IL

Three sisters: Sarah Ann Cook of Louisville, KY,

Loretta Fay Young and her husband William of Columbia, KY

and Sheila Jacqueline Clayburn and her husband Michael of Lexington, KY

Several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends survive

He was a retired plumber and a former employee with the Columbia Utilities Department
