DALE BROCKMAN age 71 year of the 20 Brockman Road, Columbia

KY (the Egypt Community) passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2007

at 11:20 A M at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY

after several months illness.

He was the son of the late: Roy & Ruby Bault Brockman of Adair Co.

He is survived by his wife: Jan Watson Brockman of Columbia, KY

Two daughters survive:

Joyce Booher and her husband Mike of Columbia, KY

Shelia Brockman of Smyrna, Georgia

One brother: Lyle Brockman of Conyers, Georgia

Six grandchildren: Trent, Trevor and Brandon Booher

Chuck & Brian Miller and Samantha Callaway

Also survived by six great grandchildren:

Mr. Brockman was a member of the Egypt Christian Church and

a farmer

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
