at 11:50 A.M. at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room

She was born on Nov. 15, 1911 in Cumberland County, Ky.

She was the daughter of the late Billy Houston & Bertie Bow Sewell

and the widow of Travis R. Scott who preceded her in death on Nov. 25, 2000

also preceded in death by one daughter Sharlene Davis on March 14, 1990

She is survived by one son Travis Paul Scott & wife Pam of Columbia, Ky.

3 Grandchildren Mike Scott & wife Crissy of Russell Springs, Ky.,

Leslye Mackelwich & husband Wil of Plains Montana & Jennifer Perkins & husband Jason of Columbia, Ky.

5 Great Grandchildren: Chris Chamness, Morgan Chamness, Nehemiah Baldwin

Matthew Perkins & Raven Helm

Special niece Wanda McDonald of Burkesville, Ky.

Sister-in-law Ruth Smith Sewell of Louisville, Ky.

Several nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives & friends survive

She was a member of Columbia United Methodist Church, a member of Columbia

United Methodist Women, member of the Adair Chapter Order of Eastern Star

#835 & retired from Lerman Brothers Department Store with 40 plus years
