Coy R. Burton, 77, of Columbia, KY died Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.  He was born in Adair County on June 1, 1945 to the late John and Dorinda Bryant Burton.

Coy was a farmer and carpenter that enjoyed trading on everything, especially cars.

Survivors include his wife Carolyn Burton of Columbia, KY; a sister Reba Tankersley (Ray) of Edinburgh, IN and several nieces and nephews including a special niece Rebecca Bright of Campbellsville, KY.

Graveside services will be 12:30pm Friday, September 23, 2022 at Bearwallow Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm Friday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
