He was the son of the late Elmer & Nola Brummett Loy

He is survived by one daughter: Amber Lynn Wetzel

Three brothers: Joe Frank Loy of Franklin, North Carolina, David Loy of

LaGrange, Ky., Samuel Dean Loy of Eminence, Ky.

Four sisters: Sophia A. Wheelock of Saline, MI, Eve Churchill of Ypsilanti, MI, Kathleen Buchanan of

Glasgow, Ky. & Victoria Green of Columbia, Ky.

Also surviving are 2 Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends

Gizmo had worked as a Lineman for a electric company
