CHARLOTTE OLLESTAD age 65 of Columbia, KY passed away

Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 3:30 PM at the Hospice House of Southern

Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY after several months illness.

She was born June 14, 1947 in Glasgow, KY the daughter of Charles

Dean and Beulah Jean Sater

Preceded in death by her mother: Beulah Jean Grooms Dean Sater,

by one son: Michael Overton Fudge in 1992 and by one sister:

Virginia Lynn Coomer

Survived by her father: Charles Dean of Elkhart, Texas

Survived by her husband: Richard Ollestad of Columbia, KY

One step son: Mitchell Sneed of Hendersonville, TN

One step daughter: Donna Cain of Tampa, Florida

Two nieces: Sierra Coomer and Maranda Pierce both of Edmonton, KY

also surviving are several other relatives & a

host of friends

Charlotte was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and

was a homemaker
