Survived by his wife Doris Harmon Streeval of Columbia, Ky.

Three sons William Phillip Streeval of Knifley, Ky.

Charles Streeval, Jr. of Bloomington, IN & Adam Wayne Streeval of Columbia, Ky.

One daughter Lisa Jane Streeval of North Dakota &

Preceded in death by one daughter Judy Mae Streeval

Two brothers Elby Streeval of Liberty, Ky. & Clifton Streeval of Washington

Several grandchildren, great grandchildren & a host of other & friends survive

He was a Factory worker
