Survived by his wife:  Angelika Vishnevskaya Miller of Gradyville, KY

Survived by one daughter: Tina Marie Blankenship of Texarkana, TX

two sons: Charles Jason Miller of Polson, Montana

Jarrett Todd Miller of Indiana

two sisters: Connie Smith of Orlando, Florida

Judy Hansen of Orlando, Florida

He served in the US Marine Corp

the family has chosen cremation there will be no funeral or visitation
