6:20 P. M. at his home

He was born on Dec. 17, 1929

He was the son of the late Clyde & Irene Conover Marshall

Survived by his wife Yvonne Lawhorn Marshall of Columbia, Ky.

Two daughters Mikki Flowers & husband Robert of Columbia, Ky.

Kim Brian & husband Bob of Columbia, Ky.

One son Jerry Marshall & wife Cindy of Louisville, Ky.

6 Grandchildren Lynne Spencer & husband Chad, Ann Flowers, Billy Marshall, Chris Marshall,

Jordan Brian & Madelyn Brian

3 Great Grandchildren Elizabeth, Emily-Kate and Charlie Spencer

Also a host of other relatives & friends survive

Charles was a member of Columbia United Methodist Church, a former member of the Columbia City

Council, former Mayor of Columbia twice, owner of Columbian Theatre, 50 year member of Columbia Masonic Lodge #96, Founding operator of City TV, Charter member Pinewood County Club and a long term member of the

Kiwanis Club

Funeral service Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 1:00 P. M. CT at Columbia United Methodist Church

Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery
