She is survived by her husband Jody Burton of Columbia, KY

Son Danny L. Cramer of Breeding, KY

Daughter Velvet Burton of Hickory, NC

Sons Timothy Burton & Joey Burton of Hickory, NC

Step-brother Harold Wayne Matlock of Franklin, IN

Step-sister Patty Matlock Burton of Whiteland, IN

6 Grandchildren Dalton Lee Cramer, Krystal Lee Revere, Christopher Burton,

Morgan Oliver, Tyler Oliver & Cassie Cramer

1 Great Grandchild Christian Burton

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

She attending Kellyville Community Church & was a homemaker

Charlene has chosen cremation

Family request in lieu of flowers expression of sympathy to take the

form of a donation to Hosparus of Lake Cumberland & may be made at

the funeral home
