CAROLYN HADLEY age 59 years of 7680 North Hwy 55, Jamestown, KY passed away

Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 3:50 A.M. at her home after several weeks illness.

She was born February 19, 1952 the daughter of the late: Carlos & Lorene Pierce Helm of Adair County, Kentucky

Survived by her husband: Gary Hadley of Jamestown, KY

One son: Eric Hadley and wife Suzette of Jamestown, KY

One daughter: Tina Fletcher and husband Kevin of Glensfork, KY

Three brothers:

Danny Helm, Billy Helm and Gary Helm all of Columbia, KY

Two sisters:

Linda Blakey of Russell Springs, KY and Judy Butler of Columbia, KY

Six grandchildren:

Lakisha Fletcher, Evan Fletcher, Wesley Fletcher, Austin Hadley, Grant Hadley,

Jackson Hadley

Also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends

She was preceded in death by a sister: Janeanne Upton

Mrs. Hadley was a homemaker
