He was born on Jan. 9, 1939 in Adair County, KY

He was the son of the late Robert W. "Bob" and Evelyn Harvey Fudge.

Preceded in death by two sons Mike O. Fudge on Aug. 8, 1992 & Ricky O. Fudge in 2014, one daughter Lisa Kaye Fudge,

a infant grandson Jeremy Hubbard.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Jo Fudge of New Castle, IN

Two daughters: Teresa (Steve) Scott of Glasgow, KY &

Jennifer Stevens of Stillwater, Oklahoma

One sister:

Barbara (Phil) Rinke of Pensacola, FL

Three Step-daughters:  Marti, Michelle & Deborah

A niece:  Lleslie Wilson of Columbia, KY

4 Grandchildren: Marci (Ashley) Cotham, Megan (Matt) Dickison, Bryson Reed & Kade Stevens

Carlos was a construction worker, had worked at SKF in Glasgow & was a big UK fan.
