Boyce Stapp Jr. age 71 years of 405 Adair Avenue, Columbia, KY formerly of Lawrenceburg, KY passed away Friday, July 3, 2009 at 12:50 AM at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY after a short illness.

He was the son of the late: Boyce Stapp Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife: Gail Holder Stapp on May 14, 2009

Mr. Stapp was a US Army Retired Lt. Colonel with 30 years of military service, retired from the Kentucky Labor Cabinet in Frankfort, KY,

A member of the Alton Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, KY and attended the Columbia Baptist Church

Mr. Stapp is survived by his mother: Mildred Bennett Stapp of Russell Springs, KY

Survived by one son:

Paul Stapp & wife Amber of Lawrenceburg, KY

One daughter:

Elizabeth Regan & husband Steve of Frankfort, KY

One brother: Jimmy Stapp of Greensburg, KY

Two grandchildren: Allie Tracy and Jacob Regan

Also survived by two nieces
