She was born on Aug. 22, 1947 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late Robert Powell & Mildred Pierce Bailey

She is survived by her husband Russell Coomer of Columbia, KY

One son Mark Coomer & his wife Michele of Hendersonville, TN

One sister Brenda Popplewell of Columbia, KY

Two brothers Dennis Parker Bailey & his wife Jackie & Danny Bailey & his wife

Donna of Columbia, KY

4 Grandchildren Noah Coomer, Jade Coomer, Katie Coomer &

Jonathon Coomer

Special niece Jill Popplewell

Several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survives

Bobbie was a member of Freedom Church of God, was a retired teacher

for the Adair County Board of Education having worked for 27 years,

was Special Education Director & was President of the Adair County Retired

Teachers Association at the time of her death
