two step-children Sabrina Waddell & her husband Chris of South Carolina

& Rebecca Baugh of Hustonville, KY

One brother Bobby Sullivan & his wife Lee Ann of Columbia, KY

One sister Sharon Pike of Columbia, KY

4 Grandchildren 3 step-grandchildren & 1 Great Granddchild

Billy attended the Freedom Church of God & a Veteran of the Vietnam War
