besides his mother he is survived by one daughter Tonya (Clinton) Bunch

of Columbia, KY

Four sisters: Jo Ann Smith of Columbia, KY, Brenda Richardson of

Glasgow, KY, Rene' (Jamey) Hayes of Columbia, KY

Gayle West of Columbia, KY

Special friend Connie Potts of Columbia, KY

5 Grandchildren Lakesha (P. J.) Turner, Haylee Keith, Tristen Keith,

Mallory Bunch & Reagan Hadley

1 Step-Granddaughter Taylor Bunch

1 Great Grandchild Raelee Turner

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive
