BILLY FLATT, 81 of the Bryan Community of Russell County, KY passed away

Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 2:50 PM at the Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, Kentucky after several weeks illness.

He was born August 3, 1936 in Creelsboro, Kentucky the son of the late Earl and Daisy

Hughes Flatt of Russell Co. KY

Mr. Flatt is survived by his wife:  Edith Spoon Flatt of Jamestown, KY

Two sons:   Douglas Wayne Flatt  (Sharlene) of Hamilton,Ohio

Daryl Edward Flatt (Donna) of Russell Springs, KY

One daughter:  Donna Carol Bryant of Russell Springs, KY

One brother:  Rollin Flatt (Wanda)  of Creelsboro, KY

Survived by five grandchildren:  Ryan Flatt, Amber Dolan, Brandon Flatt, Jerad Flatt, Ashley Peek, 8 Great grandchildren:

Cohen, Caleb, Hannah, Ryland, Bryson, Alex, Noah, Elijah

Nephew: Melvin Flatt, Niece: Kathy Cundiff, Great niece: Kaley Cundiff

Mr. Flatt was a member of the Creelsboro Christian Church where he served as an elder, retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department in Russell County and the Corp of Engineers at Wolf Creek Dam and was a farmer.

Funeral service:   Sunday, December 10, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY
