She is survived by three sons: Anthony Horton and his wife Elizabeth of Columbia, KY, Andrew Todd Edwards of Campbellsville, KY, and Adam Michael Edwards of Campbellsville, KY

Two brothers: Robert Horton of Madisonville, KY and Billy Joe Horton and his wife Susan of Madisonville, KY

Nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews survive
