BERNADINE SAMUELL ANDREW 87 of Jamestown, KY formerly of the

Glensfork Community of Adair County passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016 at

4:05 PM at her home after several weeks illness.

She was born June 17, 1928 in Glensfork, KY the daughter of the late: Zack Louis and Martha Elsie Loy Samuell

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Andrew on March 11, 2008, preceded in death by her two brothers: Sanford Samuell and Donald Samuell and by one grandson Adam Andrew

Survived by one daughter Dorothy Ann Sullivan and husband Wally of Jamestown, KY

One son: Dwight Gene Andrew and Victoria Welch of Lawrenceburg, KY

Survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and a by several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends

Mrs. Andrew was a member of the Glensfork Christian Church and a homemaker, she was a retired cook in the Adair County School System.
