She was born on Sept. 18, 1937 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late Arlis & Mandy Coomer Price and the widow

of Edward Cecil Goodman who preceded her in death May 1983

Survived by one brother: Ray Price of Columbia, Ky.

Special friend: Neal Rayburn

nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

She was a member of Freedom Separate Baptist Church & retired from Phillip Morris

in Louisville
