passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 2:15 PM at the Jane

Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, KY after a short illness.

She was born January 23, 1922 the daughter of the late: Rubin Howard and Lou Nellie Kerr Carter of Adair County, Kentucky

She was preceded in death by her husband: Elvin Bray on June 16, 1998

Survived by three sons:

Glendal Bray & wife Mary of Grand Rivers, KY

Charles Bray & wife Darla of Nararre, Florida

Eugene Bray & companion Glenna Blackwell of Franklin, Indiana

One brother:

Fred Carter of Franklin, Indiana

10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends

She was preceded in death by one sister: Bessie Bryant, two brothers

Achilles Carter and Clifford Carter

Mrs. Bray was a member of the Freedom Separate Baptist Church and

a homemaker
