at the Russell County Hospital after an illness

She was born on Oct.10, 1946 in Adair County

The daughter of the late Raymond & Emily McCorkle Powell

Preceded in death by one sister Zane Robyn Powell Vanarsdale

She is survived by her husband:

L. C. Green of Columbia, KY

Three sons:

Chris (Cathy) Green of Ragley, LA

Troy (Cheryl) Green of Columbia, KY

Timmy Green of Columbia, KY

One daughter:

Beth (Jeremy) Sneed of Russell Springs, KY

Three Brothers:

Jerry (Bonnie) Powell & Larry (Deratha) Powell of Columbia, KY

& Ronnie (Lisa) Powell of Bardstown, KY

Two sisters:

Doris Grant of Russell Springs, KY

Dimple (J.W.) Stilts of Greensburg, KY

6 Grandchildren Caleb (Ashlie) Green, Jesse (Kayla) Green, Toby Green,

Molly Green, Callie Montgomery, Case Sneed

2 Great Grandchildren:  Greylon Green & Roby Green

Special friends: The Brackens family, the Hadley family & the Bunco Ladies

several nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives & friends survive

Barbara attended the Free Union Separate Baptist Church &

was secretary for Mid-State Pipeline
