Barbara Franklin Sinclair, 78, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia, KY.  She was born in Columbia, KY on February 28, 1943 to the late Samuel E. and Nancy Alice Estes Franklin.  She was preceded in death by her husband Arvist Lee "Pee Wee" Sinclair and a brother Jerry Lee Franklin.

Barbara was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and enjoyed flower gardening, watching hummingbirds and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include three children Debbie Sinclair and Kenny Sinclair both of Columbia, KY and Lea Ann Hilton (Bill) of Coxs Creek, KY; Six grandchildren Melanie Gilpin, Waynaria Sinclair, Jordan Tyler Sinclair, Austin Lee Sinclair, Kyle Burton and Hannah Price; five great grandchildren Jackson, Kylie, Allie Mae and Hunter Lee Sinclair and Evelyn Madison Burton; a sister-in-law Anita Corbin Franklin of Columbia; four nephews Jeremy Franklin of Nashville, TN, Mark Franklin of Columbia, KY, Timmy Franklin of Columbia, KY and Larry Sinclair of Louisville, KY; a niece Cheryl Kanaly of Louisville, KY and a special friend Vickie Gilpin of Columbia, KY.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Bearwallow Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Saturday after 12:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
