Arvis "Buck" Burton age 71 of Okolona formerly of Adair County, Kentucky passed away Monday, January 8, 2007 in Louisville, KY

Mr. Burton was the son of the late: Lloyd "Bodie" and Flora Holt Burton of Adair Co. KY

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Wanda Bryant Burton of Okolona, KY

One son: Eric Burton

One daughter: Jill Battcher

Two half-brothers: Murrell Burton of Columbia, KY & William Burton of Columbia,

Three half sisters: Phyllis Cundiff of Campbellsville, KY

Marilyn Stephens of Columbia, KY

Sharon Hodges of Campbellsville, KY

Also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins

He was preceded in death by a brother: Arnold Burton in 1998

Mr. Burton was a retired machinist for the Naval Ordinance Station, a U.S. Army veteran, and a member of the Okolona Christian Church
