Passed away Suddenly Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007 at 4:41 A. M. at Russell County Hospital Emergency Room

He was the son of the late William "Bill" & America Mae Daniels Turner of Adair County

Survived by:

One son: Carlos Turner & his wife Samantha of Columbia, Ky.

Two daughters: Angela Smith & her husband Randy of Columbia, Ky.

& Lisa Pelston & her husband Brent of Columbia, Ky.

One brother: Herbert Turner & his wife Rita of Leitchfield, Ky.

His fiance' Debbie Rikard of Jamestown, Ky.

Six grandchildren: Chad Price & his wife Amy, Cody Turner, Blake Pelston, Ashley Price, Harlie Pelston & McKensie Richards

Three great grandchildren: Emily & Jacob Price & Autumn Alley

Also surviving are several other relatives & a host of friends

Arlis attended the Nazarene Church & was well known in the Oil Drilling Business
