ARLIS "DOOGER" DAVID STOTTS, 81 of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 7:00 AM at his home after an illness.   He was born June 26, 1936 in Columbia, KY the son of the late Arvest and Vina Spoon Stotts.  He was preceded in death by an infant son:  David Allen Stotts in 1971 Survived by his wife: Martha Jean Harmon Stotts of Columbia, KY

Four daughters:   Melissa Harris (James); Jennifer Stotts –Lundy (Greg); Leslie Preston (Ricky Dale); Amy Stotts-Dotson all of Columbia, KY

Four sons:  Phillip Stotts (Melissa) of Fairplay,KY;  Ricky Lynn Stotts (Theresa) of  Chance, KY;   Mark Stotts (Angie) of Columbia, KY and Kevin Stotts both of Columbia, KY

One brother: Steve Stotts (Sharon) of Fairplay, KY

One sister:  Rosetta Samuell of Glensfork, KY   13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and his dog Two Knob.

And he  is survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Stotts was a retired farmer and logger since 1989 after a logging accident left him paralyzed. He loved his family and being outdoors.
