Arlis Dee Dykes, two month old son of Collin Dykes and Nicole Givens, passed away Friday, September 23, 2022 at Norton Children's Hospital after battling congenital heart defects since birth.

In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother Carson Hoskins; grandparents Mark and Wendy Dykes of Columbia, KY, Julie Johns of Westmoreland, TN and Jerry Hodges of Scottsville, KY; great grandparents Brenda Johns of Portland, TN and Sherry and Starr Adams of Elizabethtown, KY; aunts Leah Dykes of Columbia, KY, Jessica Hodges of Gallatin, TN, Brieanna Crawford of Clarksville, TN and Paige Wirgau of Westmoreland, TN and an uncle Alex Meredith of Louisville, KY.

He is preceded in death by a great grandfather Jack Johns.

A public visitation will be on Monday from 4:00-8:00pm at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with a private graveside service on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or Norton Children's Hospital.  These donations can be left at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers are Alex Meredith, Grant Cash, Wayne Flowers, Hunter Flowers and Sanford "Boo" Wheat.
