Alta Mae Cook age 91 of Columbia, KY passed on to heaven on

Feb. 16, 2015

She was the daughter of the late Lucian & Belle (Redmon) Burton

and a member of Purdy Separate Baptist Church

Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband James (Jim) Cook,

Daughter Donna Sue Cook, six brothers Finis, Ernest, Forest, Jake, Kyle,

and Leonard Burton and one sister Ruthie Knight

She will be forever missed by her friends and survivors including

Sons Phillip (Linda), Tommy (Sherry), James Timothy, (Tammy),

Ricky (Jill) Cook, Danny Joe (Cook) Cappiello

Daughters Mary Kay Scearce (Tommy), Connie McQueary (Dale)

Shelia Shaughnessy (George) and Angelia Cook

One brother Gilbert Burton of Columbia, KY

Grandchildren & Great Grandchilden
